Lithuanian Ensemble Network

Initiated by Vykintas Baltakas and Mindaugas Piečaitis, the Lithuanian Ensemble Network is a Contemporary Music organization connecting professional ensembles, soloists, conductors and composers. LEN stages initiatives as an open platform, open for creative ideas to be professionally realized by the joint efforts of Lithuanian musicians in the form of a united ensemble.

We aim to cooperate internationally with composers and musicians, with the mutual interest of introducing fresh ideas into Lithuania and of promoting Lithuanian contemporary music abroad.

LEN is working with established institutions of contemporary music in Lithuania and abroad, such as Lithuanian Music Information Center, Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR) Cologne, Universal Edition Wien, EarPort Duisburg, etc.
